If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products received get in touch within 30 days of receiving the item and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.


If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement item.

We'd much rather fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure our customers are happy with their orders. 

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

We do not accept return, refunds and exchanges for customized items (names, dates or custom images) once they are processed. Customized items are made specially for you, which means they cannot be sold again to other customers. Thanks for your understanding.

We do not accept return, refunds and exchanges for items sold with limited-time promotion.

Returned items must be new and in their original packaging. We do not accept items that have been washed, worn, damaged or altered in any way.

We cannot accept returned items that have been sent back without proper return requests. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them. We are not responsible for the return of products that were not purchased from our website.

    We want you to be 100% satisfied with the non-customized items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

    1. Please contact customer service on our website, indicating the order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return
    2. After receiving return instructions and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packaging.
    3. Go to your local post office and purchase a shipping label for your package to this return address: 445 Duparc, Sainte-Catherine, Quebec, J5C 1J8, Canada
      1. Do not return the package to the From address on the package.
    4. Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your package.
    5. Once your refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
